This post documents GeoRaptor’s Metadata Tool that can be used to created, update, delete and analyze the xxx_GEOM_METADATA associated with data held in tables and SDO_GEOMETRY columns.
Using GeoRaptor to Load Shapefile(s) into a table
A simple demonstration of how to map SDO_GEOMETRY data from two different sources.
GeoRaptor can represent SDO_GEOMETRY data using a number of visual formats such as WKT, GML and KML, but also “enhanced” SDO_GEOMETRY formatting using colour and coordinate grouping. GeoRaptor even supports the visualiation of the actual geometry using a thumbnail.
