GeoRaptor: Simple Mapping

Table and Result Set Mapping

The video below shows a simple demonstration of how to map SDO_GEOMETRY data from two different sources.

The first data source is a complete table, selected from a SQL Developer table node.

The second source is a single geometry selected from a row in a result set; the geometry is used to zoom to its location on the map.

Some editing of basic visualisation properties for the geometry data is conducted along with labels being added to the map.

Note: The mapping is all done using a single View with a NULL SRID as all objects have NULL SDO_SRID values. (If an SDO_GEOMETRY has a SRID such as 4326 the mapping is done using a view with a matching SRID – if the view does not exist it is created.)
